We thank Ruth Sleighthome and all at House and Garden for featuring the Hunters Autumn Document Colour wallpaper from the JET Collection of wallpapers and fabrics in such an interesting way and in such good company within the Swatch section of the November issue.
This hand drawn original design was one of the earliest created by JET dating back to 1934, when she went to Art School in York as a teenager, residing with her uncle and hunting with the nearby Middleton and Bedale Hunts. We found the relevant picture below of her, sidesaddle and ready for hunting, which shows the inspiration for this design, which as wallpaper comes in two other colourways as well in two velvet fabric colourways.
